A new beginning

If you have been following this blog, you would have noticed that after our traveling years there has not been much activity.

In 2014 we set off on an adventure which saw us travel from Victoria, BC to Costa Rica.   After traveling for 3 months through Central America and Mexico, we landed back in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.  The thought process that we were following was that we were going to work hard for a few years to set ourselves up for the future.

Bad idea!

In doing this, we gave up who we were — our soles if you will.

So, here we are — back on the West Coast of Canada, and ready to reinvent ourselves yet again.

Random Acts Yoga will be going through a makeover in the weeks to come as we revisit what is important to us and — perhaps to you as well.

Watch for changes and a return to the Yogic Lifestyle that had been developed — and then lost in the pursuit of money!
